This person had posted great running photos and ads on her blog. You know, the ones that make us crazies want to go out for a run. Or the ads we identify with. The ones that bring a smile to our faces or give us the urge to tie up the laces.
I came across these photos from Reuters in a gallery from the cold weather in Europe. The first is from Berlin and features a runner along the River Spree, while the second is of Brighton Beach, England. Too bad they're not high resolution, as they'd make great desktop wallpapers.

Oh, I love that second photo! That's kind of how I feel when it's snowy and cold but still so pretty and colorful outside.

I also just saw the running porn blog. You're right- it's a bummer that most of the files won't work as desktop backgrounds.
Hi Katherine! I might borrow the RunPorn idea every now and again. You can always try the RaveRun wallpapers... though I know I've already used them all at least once.
Kazz, I totally agree. I love the contrast of the white with the colours. It really captures just how alive you can feel on a winter run.
